Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling various sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
More images made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
